Implementation is one month’s fee, paid at signing. The monthly starts thirty days later. Twelve-month agreement, thirty days’ notice, paid by bank debit.
Working with an accounting firm that already runs your books? Ask them. A firm that onboards its own client pays no implementation fee.
Larger than $100M, or several entities? Tell us about the business and the account manager will price it with you.
Included in every band
- The standard agents, running within days: the cash number kept true, payments tied to the orders they settle, bills checked against what was agreed, the twelve-week cashflow kept current.
- New agents added as the business needs them, not all on day one.
- A qualified account manager who knows businesses like yours, and someone to call.
- Every connection and every person. The owner, the controller, the bookkeepers, your accounting firm.
- A CFO accountable for the result.
Why size, and not features or seats
Every band is the same service. A band that held back part of it would make Pursor worse at the one thing it is for, and you would rightly blame us for the gap. A price per seat charges most for the people it most needs logged in, and the owner is the person we most want logging in.
So the only question is the size of the company, which is roughly what the work scales with, is something you already know, and never surprises anyone on an invoice.
