Terms of Service

Effective August 3, 2026

Pursor is operated by AndNumbers LLC, 2045 W. Grand Ave, Suite B, Chicago, IL 60612 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Pursor you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you sign up with a company email, the company you represent.

The service

Pursor reads the work mailboxes that people at your company individually choose to connect, looks for financial commitments the business is making, and reports them to your finance team: in substance, two scheduled emails a week. It is software assisted by machine reading; it can miss things and it can be wrong, and it is designed so a person at your company confirms items before they are reported.

Your account

You need authority to act for your company to set Pursor up. Each person connects their own mailbox through their own Microsoft sign-in and can disconnect at any time. You are responsible for who you invite.

Price and billing

Pursor is priced by the size of your company, from $2,500 per month, on a twelve-month agreement billed monthly by bank debit through Stripe. An implementation fee equal to one month is debited at signing; the monthly starts thirty days later. Thirty days’ notice ends the agreement after one further monthly. The price is fixed for the twelve months and any change applies at renewal, never mid-cycle.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time, from your billing page or by emailing contact@pursor.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep the service until then and are not billed again. We do not give partial-period refunds; the first 30 days are free precisely so you can decide before paying anything.

Your data

What we read, what we keep and what we refuse to keep is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. The short version: your data is yours, we are not an archive of your mail, and everything we hold is deletable on request.

Acceptable use

Connect only mailboxes you are entitled to connect, and use Pursor only for your own company’s finance work. Don’t attempt to break, probe or resell the service.

What Pursor is not

Pursor reports what it reads. It is not accounting, audit, legal or investment advice, and it is not a system of record; your books are. Decisions you make from a briefing are yours.

Liability

Pursor is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions made, or not made, on the basis of a briefing.

Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to the account owner at least 30 days before they apply. If we ever discontinue Pursor, you get at least 60 days’ notice and your data on request before deletion.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Questions: contact@pursor.com or AndNumbers LLC, 2045 W. Grand Ave, Suite B, Chicago, IL 60612.
